We’re now inviting passionate, detail-oriented individuals to join us as an Events Planning Intern — an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the events space, working alongside one of the most recognised names in the industry.
What You’ll Be Doing
Assist in the end-to-end planning and coordination of live events, activations, and brand experiences
Support with venue research, supplier communication, and production logistics
Help manage guest lists, seating plans, RSVPs, and event timelines
Provide on-ground assistance during bump in/out and event days
Collaborate with the creative, partnerships, and social teams to bring ideas to life
Assist with general admin, follow-ups, and post-event recaps
What We’re Looking For
Interest in event planning, weddings, fashion, or lifestyle industries
Highly organised with a strong eye for detail
Positive, proactive attitude and the ability to work under pressure
Great communication and problem-solving skills
Bonus: Familiarity with Canva, Google Sheets, Trello/Asana
Available to assist in person during Sydney-based events (preferred but not required)
