ABOUT THE ROLE
As Executive Content Producer, you’ll coordinate the end-to-end content production lifecycle—from ideation to deployment—ensuring alignment with CA ANZ’s strategic goals. You’ll lead high-impact initiatives across digital, print, video and social platforms, working collaboratively with cross-functional teams to deliver compelling, data-driven content that reflects our brand values and supports our members.
Key responsibilities:
- Coordinate content production from concept to delivery across multiple channels
- Build and interpret briefs to produce original content aligned with strategic goals
- Produce compelling content relevant to our members for a variety of touchpoints
- Maintain editorial excellence and consistency in tone and messaging
- Collaborate with stakeholders to optimise content workflows and calendars
- Champion innovation in storytelling formats and content strategy
- Integrate digital tools, data and insights to enhance content performance
- 5–7 years’ experience in content marketing, copywriting or video production
- Strong editorial judgement and storytelling skills across formats
- Proven ability to manage content lifecycles and cross-functional teams
- Strategic thinker with commercial acumen and leadership capability
- Comfortable working independently under tight deadlines
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Bachelor’s degree in journalism, marketing, communications or related field
- A portfolio showcasing diverse content formats and strategic impact
