A bit about your role
We have a unique opportunity at nbn for an Executive Manager Organisation Design, reporting to the General Manager Future Workforce and Capability. In this role, you will lead the organisation design practice, shaping how nbn evolves to meet the needs of today and tomorrow. You will be at the forefront of our transformation journey, ensuring our operating model and organisational structures are fit for purpose and aligned with our strategic direction.
You will guide and deliver enterprise-wide organisation design and operating model projects, develop and embed design principles and methodologies, and build capability across our senior leadership and People and Culture teams. Your work will bring clarity to complexity, helping teams navigate change with confidence and purpose. With a strong focus on collaboration and influence, you will ensure projects are well-resourced, thoughtfully executed, and grounded in best practice.
A bit about you

Your deep understanding of how to align organisational structure with strategic intent enables you to lead enterprise-wide transformation with confidence, guiding executive teams through change with clarity, precision, and purpose.
You’re strategic and thoughtful, with highly advanced planning and influencing skills. You know how to bring people together around a shared vision, and you’re energised by the opportunity to shape the future of work at nbn.
