Do work that matters
Reporting to the Executive General Manager Corporate Services Technology, the role of the Executive Manager, Strategy & Transformation is to lead the development and management of the business unit's strategic agenda, deliver thought leadership and identifying key opportunities and threats against the operating environment.
Key responsibilities
Contribute to the Corporate Technology Leadership Team supporting our ambition to reimagine customer and people experience with technology
Support the leadership team to ensure strategic objectives are effectively translated into execution across Corporate Technology
Identify and develop opportunities and strategies to implement and manage operational consistency and alignment across the business unit.
Prepare strategy materials for the Executive General Manager for various business, risk and governance forums
Act as a key business partner and provide responsive, effective, accurate and timely change advice to senior leaders including tracking against progress of change outcomes.
Lead and support the adoption and embedding of delivery ways of working and tooling changes across the BU/SU
Lead and drive a multiple channel internal communications strategy for Corporate Technology aligned with brand and reputation
Collaborate with key project and communications stakeholders across the organisation to deliver key communications and engagement events and campaigns.
We’re interested in hearing from people with:
Demonstrated capability in a Head Of / Executive Manager role, with experience in financial services, program delivery or operational excellence
Track record managing transformation planning and delivery
Experience driving change across large scale and complex business environments
Extensive experience managing a broad range of stakeholders including strong influencing and negotiation skills
Experience in strategy development and communication, with ability to influence and lead
