As the Consultant – Digital Strategy & Transformation, you will be joining the Digital Strategy team, and will:
Synthesise findings to define recommendations and develop compelling, structured business presentations that clearly articulate recommendations.
Influence at senior levels through grounded and data driven insights and recommendations; leading with a point of view.
Collaborate closely with Digital and other divisions to ensure strategy aligns with core digital priorities.
Develop a detailed understanding of the banking industry and trends, including implications for NAB.
Build and justify business cases for key strategic initiatives and outcomes.
To be successful in this role, you will have:
Experience in consulting or corporate roles driving strategy and insights to influence priorities and milestones across all levels of an organisation.
The ability to analyse data and extract key insights, trends, and observations
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, able to influence business outcomes and drive accountability by working with senior stakeholders.
A switch on, growth mindset capable of learning quickly and able to form a point of view backed by insight and data.
Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
Strong PowerPoint and visual storytelling.
