About the Team & Office

Our Perth office is based in Subiaco, just a few minutes from the CBD. It’s a lively neighbourhood known for its mix of heritage charm and modern convenience, think great coffee spots, local pubs, boutique shopping, and easy access to public transport. It’s a great place to work, grab lunch, and unwind after the show.
A day in the life?
As an Executive Producer, you’ll lead the Pete & Kymba Breakfast Show to life with high-quality, engaging audio and social content. You’ll be the strategic and creative force behind the show, ensuring it resonates with Perth audiences and aligns with SCA’s content goals.
You’ll:
- Drive daily show planning and execution, ensuring content is fresh, relevant, and audience-focused.
- Manage and mentor a team of producers and casuals, fostering a positive and high-performance culture.
- Collaborate with talent, content directors, and commercial teams to deliver compelling segments and integrated campaigns.
- Oversee social media strategy and execution to extend the show’s reach beyond broadcast.
- Lead project management for special events, OBs, and campaigns.
What You’ll Need
- Proven experience producing or leading a high-profile radio or podcast show.
- Strong editorial judgement and creative flair.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
