provide confidential secretarial, administrative, digital dictation/word-processing and personal support to the Judge/s;
maintain effective office systems (manual and computerised) which support the Judiciary;
maintain effective office time management practices by prioritising correspondence, coordination of meetings and appointments and attention to the diaries of Judge where necessary;
arrange meetings, appointments, travel details (including making arrangements for flights and accommodation), functions (including catering) when required;
screen visitors and incoming telephone calls to avoid unnecessary interruptions, and attend to all visitors extending suitable hospitality;
maintain administrative spreadsheets and/or databases as required;
attend to general administrative duties including supply of stationery, preparation of invoices for payment, photocopying, filing and tracking of incoming/outgoing mail;
provide high levels of secretarial, keyboard and/or desktop support.
liaise with members of the Judiciary and their Associates, other Court personnel and officers at various levels of the Department of Justice and other government agencies;
work within a team environment and assist other team members with secretarial and clerical support when required.
