Based in Rozelle, this role is either Sunday to Thursday (Friday / Saturday off) or choose a split weekend and have Saturday off, half day Sunday then Monday off and offers the opportunity to serve food, coffee & beverages for a large construction project building Sydney's new Metro stations.
This is a full time role of 40-44 hours per week available so applicants with student visas will not be considered.
Essential to the role:
- 5am early morning starts until 2pm (Sunday 5 hour shift anytime start). Penalty rates apply pre-7am.
- Significant barista experience - understanding of espresso extraction, milk texturing, consistency & speed
- Simple food preparation / cooking - basic breakfasts, burgers, sandwiches
- Excellent communication
