MACA Mining are seeking experienced blast crew to join our team on a 2:1 roster at Gruyere Gold Project. This is a great opportunity to be part of an established, high-performing site that continues to deliver strong results. Located in the remote Goldfields of Western Australia, Gruyere offers a stable and consistent working environment backed by strong safety and operational standards.

Key responsibilities:
- Load blast holes with explosives and stemming material as per design specifications
- Set up and maintain exclusion zones and signage to ensure site safety during blasting activities
- Support the Shotfirer with charging operations and tie-in procedures
- Conduct pre- and post-blast inspections to ensure site compliance and safety
- Follow all site-specific and statutory safety protocols and procedures
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Shotfirers licence (advantageous)
- Dangerous Goods Security Card
- Current Manual Drivers Licence
- Experience with Electronics
