We are seeking a calm mechanically, (motor bikes), minded, and understanding Support Worker to work alongside our thoughtful male Client in his 40s.
This amazing individual is on a journey of personal growth and is looking for someone who can walk beside him as he builds emotional regulation skills, strengthens his ability to form positive relationships, and explores greater independence in his daily life.
Our Client is very passionate about motorbikes and is currently working towards getting his motorbike licence. He would love to work with someone who shares this interest and understands the freedom and joy that comes with riding.
A shared appreciation for nature, minimalist living, and possibly working with animals (especially horses) would also be a great fit. The ideal Support Worker will be patient and gentle as you move towards supporting this Client to seek more stable housing options.
Our Client is also a highly creative person with a talent for stained glass work, though he is currently taking a break from this hobby. He dreams of one day living on a boat and travelling the “blue highway,” embracing a peaceful, nature-connected lifestyle.
If you’re someone who values meaningful connection, enjoys supporting others to achieve their goals, and shares a love for motorbikes and the outdoors, we’d love to hear from you.
Available shift times are: 6.5hrs per week at this stage. There are no chosen days at this point, however they will be weekday shifts and split over 2 days as a general outline.
