Experienced Nanny for 7 month old - North Bondi (ongoing)

We are a friendly family of three living in North Bondi - my husband, our 7-month-old baby boy, and myself. This is our first child and we're absolutely loving parenthood. Our baby boy is happy, inquisitive and full of joy. He's active and curious about the world around him, and loves pram strolls, park visits, time outdoors and playing in the garden. He's at a wonderful stage of development, and we're looking for someone who genuinely enjoys engaging with babies and supporting their growth. As a family, we value open communication and a calm, positive approach. Both my husband and I work, and as I prepare to return to work full-time shortly, we're looking for a nanny who can grow with our family and increase hours over time.

- Sole care for our 7-month-old baby, including feeding, nappy changes, naps, playtime and daily routine. - Engaging in age-appropriate play, activities and outings. - Taking him for walks, park visits and time outdoors as part of his daily routine. - Maintain a safe, nurturing and stimulating environment. - Light baby-related household tasks, such as: cleaning and sterilising bottles and feeding equipment, riding toys, play areas and eating area, baby laundry, general tidying up after baby's activities and meals. - open communication with us around baby's day, including updates, development and any needs that arise.

We're looking for an experienced nanny who is warm, nurturing, proactive, and reliable - someone who takes initiative and confidently supports a baby's needs and daily routine. You'll be attentive and engaged in helping our little one reach his developmental milestones through play, stimulation and gentle structure. Good communication, patience and an organised approach are important to us, along with a genuine love for working with babies and building a trusting, long-term relationship with our family.
