A family in Wembley, WA are looking for a reliable, flexible, and kind-hearted nanny with experience in working with children with special needs, to support the family in the mornings and afternoons. Your role will blend caregiving with helpful household duties to ensure our home runs smoothly during the week. This is a long-term role ideal for someone who is calm, consistent, and genuinely interested in getting to know and support children as individuals.
Morning routine help dressing, organising, breakfast prep
Driving youngest to/from school
Light household help laundry, cooking, groceries, post office errands, unpacking dishwasher
Preparing family meals
After school care supervising homework, local park visits, light dinner prep
Experienced with children with special needs (essential)
Gentle, patient and genuinely interested in child development
Highly organised and dependable
Able to confidently manage household errands and simple tasks independently

Days and Hours:
Monday to Friday
- Monday to Friday: 7:30 am 10:30 am 3pm - 6.30pm (Slightly flexible on the hours for the right candidate and will also consider 2 nannies to cover the week)
- Live in option also a possibility if this works out better for the nanny

Ideal Nanny will be:
Experienced with children with special needs (essential)

Highly organised and dependable
Able to confidently manage household errands and simple tasks independently
The family s expectations from their nanny are:
- 3+ years of experience as a nanny or working in child care
- Experienced with children with special needs
- Have a current first aid certificate
- Have a current Working With Children s Check
- Display strong communication skills and speaks English
- Non smoking
- Full drivers license, clean driving record and own car (Kms and petrol to be reimbursed)
