About the Venue
Grana is a busy, approachable, inviting Italian restaurant on the ground floor of the heritage-listed woolstore Hinchcliff House. We mill our own flour on premise, that goes into making our bread, pasta, and pastries every day.
All of our on-site production is in full view of our guests: to educate and entertain, so they can witness the origin of their experience. There is a high level of quality, care and authenticity in all that we do.
Our menu is approachable and driven by fresh and high quality produce, with our drinks being simple, well made and tasty.
We combine this with humble and warm service, opening our doors from lunch to late evenings, 7 days a week.
About the Role
We are seeking experienced section waiters and bartenders with a warm, friendly guest-focused approach to join our front-of-house team.
The ideal candidates will demonstrate flexibility and a willingness to take on various roles as needed, enjoy working in a bustling work environment, and uphold a steadfast dedication to delivering outstanding service. Join our inviting and relaxed ambiance, catering to a diverse clientele including busy professionals, families, theatregoers, large groups, romantic evenings, and everything in between.
