CMI Toyota is always on the lookout for passionate, customer-focused individuals who are interested in joining our team as a Service Advisor. Whilst we’re not hiring for a specific role right now, we know great people don’t always wait for job ads! That’s why we invite you to express your interest in future opportunities across any one of our four locations – West Terrace, Cheltenham, Christies Beach and Stepney.
In this role, you’ll be the friendly face and knowledgeable guide for our customers, ensuring their vehicles are in top shape and their experience is seamless, working closely with our service department to deliver outstanding service every day.
What you’ll be doing
- Providing exceptional front-line customer service in person and over the phone
- Coordinating service bookings and managing customer expectations
- Liaising with technicians and service teams to ensure timely vehicle servicing
- Keeping customers informed and supported throughout their service journey
We’re interested in hearing from people who:
- Have experience in the automotive industry, or a strong interest in it
- Are confident communicators with a professional, customer-first approach
- Thrive in fast-paced environments and enjoy working as part of a team
- Are tech-savvy and quick to learn new systems
- Hold a current driver’s license (essential)
