Supplyhaus: Construction supply, reimagined.
About Supplyhaus
Supplyhaus, backed by the McNab Group, is reimaging construction supply. We specialise in supplying and installing leading façade, joinery and steel solutions and providing high quality building products, with builder expertise.
About the role
Join Queensland’s fastest-growing façade company with a stellar reputation for delivering exceptional glazing and façade solutions. This is a unique opportunity to join us at the ground floor and play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our growing business.
We are seeking an experienced Contract Administrator to join our Supplyhaus Facades team as we expand and grow. This role works very closely with our Project Manager’s to support the successful execution of projects. This is a great opportunity to play a key role in our growing business while coordinating facade projects from inception to completion. The successful candidate will gain valuable knowledge across contract management, procurement, financial management, material and installation coordination.
This role will see you undertake the following responsibilities:
- Lead HSEQ from the front— Support safety-first culture across all projects, ensuring subcontractors meet McNab’s HSEQ standards and safety is prioritised from design to install.
- Own the contract admin—head contract claims, notices of delay/EOTs, latent conditions, variations, retentions and bank guarantees.
- Run procurement—tender schedules and scopes, rigorous price comparisons, pre-awards and negotiations that set projects up to win.
- Lift quality— Support quality assurance processes, assisting with ITP reviews, defect tracking, and ensuring supplier compliance with standards.
- Keep the numbers sharp—report and monitor cashflow, forecasting, progress claims, invoicing, Jobpac tracking, and monthly meetings to maximise positive cash position.
- Be a player-coach—mentor, share lessons and collaborate across McNab to solve problems fast.
- Contribute to continuous improvement, helping evolve façade systems, processes, and documentation within the Supplyhaus business.
- Foster communication, engaging with internal teams, suppliers (local and offshore) and subcontractors to resolve issues and maintain project momentum.
- Provide high-level project support from contract to completion, assisting PMs with planning, coordination, and execution across multiple façade projects.
About you
We are seeking someone who is eager to learn and thrive in a fast-paced environment while having fun and contributing to team morale. In addition, we are seeking the following:
- Tertiary qualification in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying or similar (or working towards) or previous trade background within glazing facades.
- Previous experience interpreting and administering head contract and managing subcontractor agreements.
- Confident in reading construction drawings, writing detailed scopes and using construction specific and programs.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail with the ability to prioritise various tasks across multiple projects.
- Solid grasp of building legislation and offshore supply agreements.
- Proven ability to draft contracts, manage cost control systems and document control (Procore experience a plus).
- Effective communication and relationship-building skills with internal and external stakeholders.
- Eager to learn, contribute to the team, and grow your career in a fast-paced environment
- Previous experience using Jobpac and Procore would be well regarded
