Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Facilities Coordinator to join our PDNSW team in Sydney.In this role, you will support the day-to-day delivery of facilities management services across a diverse portfolio, helping to ensure smooth operations and exceptional service for our client. You’ll collaborate with internal teams, external vendors, and client stakeholders to deliver solutions while leveraging your technical and analytical abilities to anticipate and resolve issues efficiently.
Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate and support facilities management activities across a range of sites
Act as a key point of contact for clients, delivering an exceptional customer experience
Respond to reactive maintenance requests
Assist with the invoicing and maintaining compliance documentation
Support continuous improvement by leveraging data and analytical insights.
What We’re Looking For
Minimum 2 years’ experience in Facilities Management, Maintenance Coordination, or a customer service role (with exposure to technical operations preferred).
Strong customer-facing and stakeholder management skills.
Analytical mindset with the ability to solve problems and think ahead.
Excellent planning, organisation, and time management skills.
Proficiency in systems and data management with a high level of attention to detail.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
