What this opportunity involves:
A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a highly motivated, bright and enthusiastic Facilities professional to join our onsite team, working for a well-known national company.
You will be based on the client site in Adelaide where you will drive the property risk management program, ensure compliance with regulations of the client and proactively contribute to the effective & efficient running of the site including looking at ides for continuous improvement.
You will engage with stakeholders across all levels of the business to ensure that delivery expectations are met with financial or tenure risk
The Facilities Manager will maintain critical environment operations and work closely with the Digital Team, to ensure data integrity associated with Facilities services is audited regularly
Interested? An ideal candidate would need to have the following qualifications
To be successful, you’ll have an understanding that it involves the provision of both reactive maintenance and routine maintenance across the site with 24 hour call out/contact requirement. You will have proven Facilities management experience ideally gained working in a critical environment and are now looking to further your career
You’ll be able to demonstrate proactiveness and actively source for opportunities to achieve best results. You’ll be a collaborative team player who adopts a hands-on approach to problem solving, and has the ability to prioritize and juggle multiple tasks. A strong client focus will be key to success in this role!
