About the role:
The Facility Manager is a key leadership role for the facility, located within Peter Badcoe House Newcastle, a 60 bedded residential aged care home with additional services.
As Facility Manager , you'll oversee all aspects of operational, clinical, and team performance:
- Lead a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality, person-centred care
- Manage compliance, accreditation, and resident safety
- Drive financial and workforce performance aligned with Aged Care Standards
- Build a positive, engaged culture across the home
- Foster continuous improvement and service excellence.
Our expectation is that you:
- Are an experienced Facility Manager seeking a meaningful role with a not-for-profit provider with a minimum of 3 years experience with Facility Management.
- Are a leader with strong clinical leadership experience, along with a high level of business acumen.
- Have a solid understanding of Aged Care Quality Standards, funding, and accreditation
- Have a genuine passion for resident wellbeing, quality improvement, and people development
