The Perfect Oyster is a growing oyster farm business located on the pristine waters of the Wallis Lake estuary on the mid-north coast of NSW.
We are producers of the finest, premium Sydney Rock Oysters in the country. Dedicated to innovative and sustainable farming practices, we believe in growing quality fresh seafood whilst minimising our environmental footprint.
We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated crew member with exceptional work ethic to join our team.
Experience is not essential, as all training will be provided to successful applicants.

- An active and positive contributor to our team
- Demonstrate flexibility to take on a range of tasks across the farm
- Strong work ethic for our method of farming
- A good attention span to sustain quality in our processing and growing methods
- Be physically fit and capable of outdoor work including the ability to work extended shifts
- Ability to problem solve when dealing with day to day challenges
- Able to follow instructions, and procedures
- Good communication skills
- Willing to work overtime when required
- Ability to work unaided
- A good opportunity for backpackers looking to complete part of their Working Holiday Visa (417, 462)
About the role:
· Casual position with 38 hour weeks
· Flexible start times may be required at times to meet tide, and weather changes.
· Work activities will be split between shed work and out on the water

Pay: $18.21 – $30.35 per hour
