An ever-growing customer base and demand for products, together with current expansion projects and new opportunities on the horizon, means that we need enthusiastic and competent employees to join our team. Expansion of our Banana plantation, hence the need of reliable long term farm workers.
We are looking for full- time Fruit Farm Workers and your duties will include:
- Tractor and general farm machinery operation.
- Working in a team environment.
- Assisting the farm supervisor with cultivation, planting, growing and harvesting of banana crop
- Operating water and irrigation systems and pruning crops
- Spray pesticides on crops to prevent diseases and pests
- Maintaining and cleaning farm and equipment
Preferably the suitable applicant would have horticulture or agricultural experience (minimum 1 year).
