Join the Team at Lot 101 Megalong. Lot 101 is a premium farm-to-restaurant operation located in the stunning Megalong Valley, 1 hour 45 minutes from Sydney CBD, and 1 hour from Penrith. We grow exceptionally high-quality, seasonal produce exclusively for our on-site kitchen's. All vegetables are grown following certified organic standards, with a deep commitment to sustainability, soil health, and flavour. We're seeking a committed, enthusiastic, and professionally minded farm hand to join our small team. This is a hands-on role where your work will directly support kitchen's that feature the freshest, most carefully grown ingredients.
---Your Role Will Involve:Harvesting and packing vegetables with extreme attention to detail and qualitySupporting general farm tasks: planting, irrigation, weeding, soil preparationWashing, sorting, and storing produce for same-day kitchen useMaintaining a clean, safe, and organised work areaWorking weekends as part of the regular rosterHandling livestock as part of seasonal and day-to-day operations.Collaborating with chefs to meet produce requirements
---You Must Have:A valid driver’s licence and your own reliable transport (essential)Physical fitness and the ability to work in all weather conditionsA strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detailPride in producing top-tier, chef-grade ingredientsA positive, team-oriented attitude and good communication skillsExperience in farming, horticulture or produce handling (preferred, but not essential — we’ll train the right person)
