Supporting Abilities for Everyone (S.A.F.E.) is seeking a passionate Disability Support Worker to join the team, located throughout Eastern-Melbourne.

- Day(s)/time(s) to be confirmed. Likely to require 24/7 support, therefore including overnights.
- Motor Neurone Disease (MND) diagnosis and experience required.
- Tasks include: To be confirmed, more information to come.
- Support requirements expected to increase over time.
- Possibility for additional work with other participants nearby.
We are looking for a competent, enthusiastic and reliable Support Workers who possess the right empathy, interpersonal skills and ethics to prioritise the care of our clients.
Essential Selection Criteria (or willingness to obtain):
- Current First Aid and CPR certificate.
- Current National Police Check
- Current Working with Children Check (Employee status/if working with participants <18 years of age).
- Valid Australian Driver’s License.
- A reliable vehicle with Comprehensive Car Insurance (to transport participants).
- Current NDIS Worker Screening Check (Approximately $123).
- Fully vaccinated against Covid-19 (minimum of two doses).
- The right to work in Australia.
Job Type: Casual
Pay: $40.00 – $80.00 per hour
