Position Summary:

Are you a proactive, detail-driven coordinator with a flair for campaigns, communication, and brand partner engagement?

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to support the growth and performance of our Brand Partners across Australia and New Zealand. This role is key in coordinating sales initiatives, providing operational support, and assisting the sales leadership team to achieve business goals.

In this role, you'll be at the intersection of sales execution, campaign activation, and Brand Partner experience, ensuring every initiative lands with impact. From promotions and product launches to field recognition and leadership events, you’ll be the one that ensures everything runs seamlessly – on time and on brand

This is a high-touch, high-impact role designed for someone who thrives in a fast-moving environment, enjoys wearing multiple hats, and is motivated by bringing sales and marketing strategies to life in the field.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales & Administration Coordination

  • Provide critical day-to-day support to the Director of Field Development and ANZ Sales team to enable excellence in execution
  • Manage logistics for national and regional sales calls, training sessions, and online touchpoints
  • Prepare and polish impactful presentation materials, sales decks, and internal communications
  • Leverage project management tools (e.g. Asana) to align global deliverables with local timelines and market expectations
  • Act as the go-to contact for scheduling, team coordination, and cross-functional alignment

Campaigns & Promotions

  • Support the planning, execution, and tracking of sales promotions and field campaigns
  • Collaborate with Marketing to coordinate toolkits, key messaging, timelines, and post-campaign reviews
  • Ensure promotional materials are delivered to market accurately and consistently
  • Provide basic email campaign support – liaise with IT to ensure subscriber databases are current and well maintained

Brand Partner Engagement & Recognition

  • Own the tracking of key milestones: new ranks, achievements, incentives, and leadership development
  • Develop compelling recognition touchpoints – from celebration posts and digital assets to reward logistics and gifting
  • Support a warm, timely, and proactive response to field enquiries, nurturing strong relationships and field trust

Performance & Reporting Support

  • Assist in compiling performance dashboards, sales reports, and campaign metrics that drive strategic insight
  • Maintain leaderboards and growth trackers to foster healthy field momentum
  • Opportunity to upskill in data storytelling and help translate numbers into actionable recommendations

Events & Experiential Marketing

  • Coordinate logistics for local events, incentive trips, meet-ups, and Brand Partner activations
  • Assist with pre-event planning, on-site support, and post-event wrap-up including follow-up comms and feedback analysis
  • Ensure our recognition and engagement efforts show up as elevated, professional, and brand-enhancing.

Requirements

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field (preferred).
  • 2–4 years of experience in sales coordination, marketing support, event management or commercial administration (MLM/Direct Selling industry experience highly valued).
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word), Asana and Canva.
  • Exceptionally organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks and driven by quality, timelines, and stakeholder satisfaction
  • Creative and confident communicator with polished written skills
  • Comfortable working cross-functionally across teams and time zones
  • A natural problem-solver who takes initiative and thrives in dynamic, high-touch environments
  • Growth-oriented with aspirations to expand into account management, sales operations, or field development
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
