A bit about your role

The Capability and Development Lead is responsible for driving strategic capability development initiatives, collaborating with senior leadership to identify skill gaps, and designing comprehensive capability programs.

This role oversees career pathway development and ensures employees have the resources to advance their careers. Key accountabilities include leading the design and delivery of capability frameworks, managing the learning and development process, and evaluating training effectiveness. 

A bit about you

The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in learning and development, strong project management skills, and a background in instructional design and competency frameworks, ideally within telecommunications or similar operational environments. They should be knowledgeable about the latest trends and technologies in learning and development and possess strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. A relevant degree and professional certifications are highly desirable.
