Minda is looking for a dynamic Finance Business Partner for a 12-month fixed term contract. As a trusted advisor to leaders, you will act as a strategic connector between finance and business areas, helping senior leaders make confident, data driven financial decisions.
What You’ll Do
- You will partner with senior managers, using financial analysis and insight to understand their goals and translate them into financial strategies.
- Provide financial clarity to non-finance teams, helping them understand cost drivers and performance levers.
- Present full year forecasts, budget variances, and commercial insights, highlighting risks and opportunities.
- Challenge the status quo to drive efficiencies and smarter ways of working.
- Support year-end audits and navigate challenges with experience and confidence.
What You’ll Bring
- A degree in Accounting, Commerce, Finance or Business
- Previous experience in finance business partnering roles
- A relationship focus– you know how to influence, support and collaborate at all levels.
- Advanced analytical skills, attention to detail and ability to work autonomously.
- Microsoft Office proficiency and exposure to TechOne or similar accounting systems.
- Commercial acumen with a flexible, solutions focused mindset.
- Experience in community services is preferred, however a genuine passion to support others is just as important.
