Finance Clerk
Part Time - Horsham
Across Australia Just Better Care provides in-home aged care, disability and private support services, supporting people to live independently. Since our inception, we have been empowering our customers by putting individual preferences and support needs at the centre of our approach. We are currently recruiting for an experienced Finance Clerk for our Horsham office, 22 hours per week over 4 days, must be available to work Monday, Tuesday & Wednesday, remaining day can be negotiated.
The Finance Clerk will be responsible for maintaining accurate records and perform weekly payroll and invoicing functions.while meeting all compliance and procedural requirements. The finance Clerk will work closely with our Finance Officer and other stakeholders, internal and external.
Essential:
- Relevant tertiary qualifications and/or experience in a bookkeeping /and payroll
- Sound understanding of relevant legislation
- Strong attention to detail
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent time management skills - ability to work effectively, efficiently and accurately and prioritise workloads
- Demonstrated problem solving skills
- Sound computer and excellent data entry skills.
- Demonstrated ability to work as part of a team
- NDIS Worker Screening Check
- Working With Children Check
