Job Description


The Role

The position will assist the Finance Team to achieve team and corporate objectives, including, provision of timely and accurate financial and non-financial information to Board and Management of Beyond Bank Australia Ltd.

The Finance Officer will be responsible NAB Statement, Cuscal Statement, Cheque Banking, Maintain NAB Signatory Register & Branch ENAs (Encashment Negotiation Advice), Visa and ATM Settlements and Reconciliations, Batch Processing, Branch Cashier Floats, Teller Infinity Reconciliation and Accounts Receivable.

To provide the Group with a high level of service.

In the role you will:

  • Provide a high-level customer service focus, building strong relationships internally and externally.
  • Swiftly resolve customer needs and concerns.
  • Maintain a professional demeanour in all interactions.
  • Manage time effectively and assist others as needed.
  • Proactively suggest improvements and notify of quality issues.
  • Consistently achieve high work output and quality.
  • Process various financial transactions accurately and efficiently.
  • Reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies.
  • Liaise with various departments and external partners to resolve issues.
  • Collaborate as a team player, adhering to team values and expectations.
  • Actively participate in change initiatives.
  • Take personal responsibility for learning and improvement.
  • Support the delivery of Total Customer Solution and business objectives.

Qualifications
