The role
We have an exciting opportunity available for a passionate Senior Analyst to join the Financial Crime Operations & Solutions - Planning and Performance Team.
In this role you will support the design, implementation and uplift of Quality Control (QC) frameworks within Financial Crime.
Additional Responsibilities:
- Analyse, monitor and provide feedback on the operational steps performed by the Financial Crime Operations (FCO) function in Melbourne, Perth and Sydney.
- Oversee and conduct timely quality checks as per QC frameworks and provide accurate and comprehensive feedback and guidance to analysts.
- Build relationships across business units and stakeholders to maintain subject matter knowledge by understanding regulatory requirements, obligations, and procedures across all Operations functions.
- Make continuous improvements to refine and improve processes
About you
- Sound knowledge of AML/CTF regulations, across Financial Crime Operations & Solutions.
- Proven experience in conducting analysis on customers through Transaction Monitoring, Due Diligence and KYC activities.
- Knowledge of Crown's internal systems such as; SYCO, IGT, LUI, COGNOS and Salesforce is highly desirable.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with ability to influence at a senior level.
- Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
