What’s the role?
The Support Manager, Financial Crime Surveillance (FCS) is a highly organised, passionate and proactive individual who provides administrative coordination and support to our team. This role is essential in ensuring the smooth running of day-to-day operations, managing the diary of the Group Head Of FCS, supporting communications and our Employee Engagement Committee, supporting all team compliance, assisting with a range of team activities.
This also includes travel coordination, meeting scheduling, document preparation, expense processing, and internal communications. Taking meeting minutes, preparing agendas and reports, and maintaining office supplies and equipment for both on-site and remote staff.
What do I need?
- Experience as an Office Manager or Team Assistant roles
- Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint
- Strong time management & attention to detail
- Adaptable Team Player with a Can-Do Attitude
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
