The Role
We are seeking a knowledgeable fleet administrators' to play a key role in supporting our busy fleet management department carrying out day-to-day administrative tasks to assist the workshop and project teams. Position Accountabilities and Responsibilities;
- Liaise with project and fleet team regarding availability and procurement of assets, material, and consumables.
- Organise, schedule and record fleet repairs, maintenance, inspections, and testing, whilst ensuring the ability to meet the safety and mobilisation requirements.
- Track, monitor and audit vehicle job cards, pre-mobilisation forms and inspections to ensure high quality completion.
- Liaising and develop effective work relationships with Third parties, including sourcing information on any site-specific requirements for vehicles, plant, and machinery.
- Assist Project Manager/ internal BSOs with project related Fleet documents for mobilisation as required.
- Previous experience in Fleet co-ordination and administration role or demonstrated experience in a similar position.
- OH&S Construction Safety Induction White Card.
- Proficiency or ability to gain proficiency in company business applications including MS Office.
- Experience in Fleet Maintenance programs.
- High regard for safety and procedures.
- Ability to work and be around workshop environments.
- Completing fleet and logistic / material document control activities to ensure data integrity and compliance is maintained.
- Ability to manage client relations and develop and maintain customer service standards.
- Understanding of fundamental cost accounting practices.
- Excellent listening, communication, and organisational skills.
- Attention to detail and quality.
- Ability to prioritise multiple tasks.
- Intermediate level PC, printer, scanners, and internet skills.
- Demonstrated good safety record and knowledge of Occupational Health & Safety.
- Current National Police Clearance.
- Valid Driver’s Licence – “C” Class.
