The Role
We are seeking a proactive Fleet SHEQ Advisor to play a key role in supporting and monitoring our Safety, Health, Environment, and Quality policies in our fleet management workshop. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to a dynamic team and make a positive impact on our company's success.
Essential Skills / Qualifications/Experience:
- Cert IV in Work Health and Safety.
- 3+ years’ demonstrated experience in a SHEQ position
- Demonstrated experience in achieving performance goals and objectives.
- Mechanical or workshop experience
- Demonstrated good safety record and knowledge of Occupational Health & Safety.
- Strong knowledge of relevant legislative and compliance requirements.
Workplace First Aid Certificate and valid CPR Certificate. - Construction Safety Induction White Card.
- Valid Australian Driver’s License – “C” Class.
- Very good at reporting, stats and policies and procedures.
Genus Fleet Management forms part of the GenusPlus Group, a rapidly growing ASX listed company. GenusPlus Group (ASX:GNP) offers integrated multidisciplinary capabilities specialising in both electrical and instrumentation (E&I), mechanical fabrication, assembly, and installation.
The Genus Fleet workshop is based in Kenwick WA, with a combination of mechanics, auto-electricians, welders and fleet coordinators. It is also supported by various depots around WA and nationwide, with fleet coordinators and mechanics servicing those depots.
