- Oversee daily floor operations, ensuring seamless service and attention to detail at all times.
- Support ongoing training of team members to uphold excellence in hospitality.
- Monitor guest satisfaction, proactively resolving issues to maintain a premium dining experience.
- Work collaboratively with the management team to drive service efficiency and meet business objectives.
- Previous experience in a Supervisor or management role in a fine dining environment.
- Ability to supervise, train and motivate a team to deliver excellent guest service.
- A willingness to go above and beyond with an eagerness to grow personally and professionally.
- Sound understanding of responsible service of alcohol and licensing regulations.
