Bar Supervisor - Antique Bar - Full Time
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day bar operations, ensuring drink efficiency and exceptional guest experiences.
- Have a passion for quality drinks and customer service
- Proven expertise in staff leadership, management, and customer service focused training
- Experience in rostering and labour management. Experience using the rostering system Deputy would be an advantage
- Highly adaptable and able to perform in high-pressured service periods
- Manage stock
- A passion for testing and creating cocktails
- A strong understanding of compliance, RSA, OH&S regulations
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 1 years' experience in a supervisor role
- Proven track record of driving business growth and achieving sales targets
- Proven track record of staff management and training
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Creative thinker with a passion for innovation
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Must have a valid RSA and Food Handlers Certificate

Pay: $34.00 – $50.00 per hour
