Avocado Lounge is on the lookout for an experienced & passionate Floor Manager/Team Leader to join our team on a full-time basis and deliver brilliant fresh food to our loyal customers.
As a Team Leader, your role will involve:
- Supervise FOH staff (servers, hosts, baristas, bartenders, etc.)
- Provide daily briefings, assign tasks, and manage shift schedules.
- Act as the main point of contact for FOH team members.
- Ensure team members follow standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Ensure guests receive exceptional service throughout their experience.
- Handle customer complaints or concerns professionally and efficiently.
- Conduct regular stocktakes for FOH-related items (beverages, disposables, condiments, menus, etc.).
- Monitor usage and identify trends or discrepancies in stock levels.
What are we looking for?
- Proven leadership experience within a fast-paced environment
- Minimum 2 years Team Leading experience
- High standard of productivity
- Ability to maintain professionalism under pressure
- Experience in budget management and cost control
- Exceptional presentation, communication, time management & attention to detail
- Ability to work a flexible rotating roster including night closing shifts/weekends

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $25.00 – $35.00 per hour
Expected hours: 35 – 45 per week
