We’re on the lookout for a passionate, accountable, and proactive FOH Team Leader to take the reins of our espresso bar and front-of-house operations at our roastery. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who finds purpose in a busy espresso bar setting and is ready to take on a leadership role in a values-driven, high-performance team.

What You’ll Do
As FOH Team Leader, you’ll be at the heart of our daily operations—upholding quality, supporting and mentoring the team, setting the tone for great service, and ensuring each guest experience is warm, seamless, and memorable.
You'll be responsible for:
- Leading daily operations across the espresso bar and floor to ensure smooth, efficient service
- Supporting the team in delivering polished, personable, and high-energy hospitality
- Upholding quality across every cup and every interaction, maintaining our standards for beverage and service excellence
- Handling cash-ups, stock control, and ordering, ensuring the bar is well-resourced and efficient
- Mentoring and training new team members
- Collaborating with the GM and Head Trainer to maintain high standards, strong culture, and service vibe
· Contributing to KPIs and espresso bar performance, with an eye on both guest experience and profitability
What You Bring
- Proven experience in high-volume specialty coffee settings — you know how to hold your own on a busy bar without compromising on quality.
- Passionate about great coffee — you’re genuinely excited by quality, curious about the craft, and eager to keep learning
- A strong leadership mindset — whether you're already leading teams or ready to step up, you bring initiative, accountability, and a supportive presence.
- A genuine love for being on the bar — you find energy and purpose in the flow of service.
- Versatility and team-first attitude — you're as happy pulling shots as you are on the till engaging with customers and orchestrating the flow of service
- Excellent communication and team coordination — you're proactive, clear, and bring people together in a smooth service rhythm.
- Calm under pressure — you stay composed, adaptable, and customer-focused, even during peak rushes.
- A blend of professionalism and good vibes — you take pride in your work, show up with energy, and help create a positive, welcoming atmosphere for staff and customers.
- Availability Monday to Saturday - with early morning starts (from 5:30am)
