What you will do?
- Lead and mentor the food and beverage team to deliver outstanding guest experiences in a fast-paced, high-volume venue
- Train and develop team members, sharing your passion and demonstrating a guest-focused, energetic and self-motivated work ethic
- Collaborate with the management team to achieve operational goals
- Adhere to compliance and hygiene requirements
- Drive change by implement upselling and promotional programs
- Be well-versed in our daily menu offerings, offer recommendations and accommodate dietary needs
More about you
- Previous hospitality leadership experience in a fast-paced, volume driven venue
- Responsible Service of Alcohol certificate
- Food Safety certificate
- Barista skills or coffee-making experience is highly desirable
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Passion for hospitality and creating expectational guest experience
- Ability to work a 7-day rotating roster
