Job Description
About you:
You're passionate about delivering unforgettable guest experiences and love being hands-on with your team. You'll lead with energy, inspire with purpose, and bring a fresh vision to elevate our F&B offerings. With your commitment to quality and service, you'll set new standards and make every meal, meeting, and moment memorable.
What you will be doing:
Coordinate and manage the day to day restaurant, room service, bar service and conferencing operations in the hotel while maximizing profitability and meeting customer’s needs.
Your experience and skills include:
- Service focused personality is essential.
- Proven ability to build and maintain good relationships with all stakeholders.
- Communicate thoughts, actions and opportunities clearly with strong networking skills.
- Ability to lead by example, believe in a strong team culture and set the scene for high performance.
Qualifications
- Responsible Service of Alcohol Certificate (Victoria).
- First Aid certificate (desirable).
