Job Description
We are seeking a Full-Time Senior Lounge Runner to join our team, delivering efficient, friendly, and professional service to all lounge guests. This role is perfect for individuals with a genuine passion for hospitality and a flair for creating memorable guest experiences.
Essential duties of this role include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Lead and motivate the team, including servers, bartenders, and support staff, ensuring training, scheduling, and adherence to standard operating procedures.
- Deliver exceptional guest experiences by responding to needs, handling complaints efficiently, and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and responsible service of alcohol regulations.
- Accurately take, prepare, and deliver food and beverage orders.
- Clear and reset tables, keeping service areas clean and tidy.
- Maintain hygiene standards for food handling and presentation.
- Assist guests with menu explanations, special dietary needs, and beverage recommendations.
- Promote a safe workplace by identifying hazards and following WHS practices.
Preferred Experience & Skills:
- Prior experience in the food and beverage industry is advantageous.
- Strong team leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Guest-focused attitude with excellent communication abilities.

- Strong interpersonal skills to motivate and guide a team, resolve conflicts, and inspire high service standards.

- A passion for hospitality, ensuring every guest enjoys a positive experience.
- Initiative to create positive, efficient, and intuitive guest interactions.
- Ability to manage multiple responsibilities, prioritize tasks, and maintain smooth operations under pressure.
- Clear communication and effective problem-solving skills with both team members and management.
- Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certification.
- Confidence liaising with internal and external clients.
- High standards of grooming and personal presentation.
- Flexibility to work various rostered shifts, including early mornings, late evenings, and weekends.
- Excellent attention to detail and multitasking ability.
- Positive, team-oriented, guest-centric mindset.
- Full working rights in Australia.
