  • Liaise with external agencies and follow up on referrals to ensure coordinated client support.
  • Attend homes and community locations to locate clients, deliver services, and support communication with legal representatives.
  • Support solicitors by attending court, maintaining client files, managing court diaries, and recording statistical information.
  • Uphold ALS policies, confidentiality, and professional standards, while demonstrating commitment to ALS values and the Code of Conduct.
Who Are We Looking For?
A highly skilled and motivated individual with a thorough understanding of the cultural, social, and historical needs of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people. You will be able to demonstrate:

  • Proven ability to build and maintain effective relationships with a range of stakeholders.
  • Strong organisational and communication skills, including community education delivery and adaptability in dynamic environments.
  • Current NSW driver’s licence, ability to travel, and competency in using digital systems and technology.
  • Desirable: Having a certificate IV in Youth Work, Community Services or similar and previous experience working in an Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander community-based organisation.
Why Join Us?
At ALS, you can discover a fulfilling career that truly makes an impact in the community. We also offer our staff a range of generous benefits including:
