- Develops, coaches, counsels, and directs Food Court personnel. Provides feedback to promote team work and accountability among employees. Interactively monitors Food Court employee performance and participates in performance reviews as needed. Implements and upholds proper Food Court and general safety procedures and standards.
- Monitors finished merchandise to see that department consistency and quality standards are met. Monitors merchandise presentation and merchandising.
- Participates in restocking ingredients and supplies, food preparation, stocking display case, and cleaning up.
- Determines production requirements.
- Follows Sanitation Standard Operating Procedures (SSOP) guidelines as it refers to proper cleaning and sanitation of all equipment required by this position.
- Completes and complies with the 11 Commandments of Quality Assurance, Food Safety certification, and all safety training required by warehouse and Service Deli.
- Assists with physical inventory periodically and assists with orders to buying office for equipment, product, and supplies.
- Coordinates proper maintenance and repairs for machinery, equipment, and implements.
- Assists in other departments of the warehouse as necessary.
- Provides prompt and courteous customer service to members, employees, and suppliers.
Experience Leadership, food service, employee relations or comparable experience

Education High School Certificate or higher
Experience MUST HAVE Supervisory or management, food preparation, employee relations, customer service experience
Computer Skills Basic knowledge of Microsoft office (Outlook, Excel, Word) and AS400
Other Skills and Abilities Good communication, strong interpersonal, organisation, math and problem solving skills
