Role Responsibilities
- Lead and support factory staff, working closely with project managers and site teams
- Carry out hands-on cabinet making and joinery work
- Ensure projects run smoothly through quality control and quick troubleshooting
- Help improve our systems and processes — your ideas matter here!
What We’re Looking For
- At least 5 years’ experience in joinery and kitchens
- Trade-qualified joinery/cabinetmaker
- Excellent communication and team management skills
- Strong ability to read and interpret detailed plans and drawings
