- Drive national growth through the specification channel
- Lead a high-performing team
- Build strong relationships with architects, specifiers, and commercial partners
- Influence product launches and market positioning
You’ll be the voice of ASSA ABLOY in the architectural space, ensuring our solutions are front-of-mind in Australia’s most iconic projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a national sales team focused on architectural specification
- Develop and execute targeted sales strategies
- Build trusted relationships with architects, specifiers, and commercial clients
- Collaborate with Product and Marketing teams to support launches and campaigns
- Use market insights to identify opportunities and stay ahead of competitors
- Oversee forecasting and reporting to support production and demand planning
- Drive collaboration across ASSA ABLOY Group entities to align national efforts
- Ensure clients receive up-to-date pricing, samples, and promotional materials
- Represent ASSA ABLOY at industry events, training sessions, and product promotions
About You
You’re a strategic thinker with a commercial mindset and a passion for architecture and design. You’ve led national sales teams, built strong client relationships, and know how to turn insights into action. You’re confident, collaborative, and ready to make a real impact.
