Job Description: We have an opportunity for an experienced, detail-oriented and warehouse officer to work in in dispatching and logistics within our friendly team. You will play a crucial role in ensuring timely and accurate deliveries to our customers. You will also be involved in the receipt of goods to our facility.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate customer deliveries, ensuring order accuracy.
- Prepare paperwork.
- Inspect and verify incoming goods against invoices or other documents.
- Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment safely and efficiently.
- Communicate with internal teams to resolve any delivery-related issues.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
- Maintain a clean and organized dispatch area.
Requirements:
- Proven experience working in Dispatch in a manufacturing setting.
- Valid forklift license and experience operating forklifts.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Computer and ERP systems literacy
