We are looking for a bubbly, friendly people-orientated individual with a strong wellness-based health philosophy.
The position is a part-time, permanent secure position approx. 10-15 hours per week, 2-3 days a week, with the opportunity to take on more. These shifts would take place on a weeknight or a Saturday.
The ideal applicant would have had experience working in a face-to-face customer service role in a fast-paced environment such as hospitality or retail and be looking to stay long-term.

This is a very important role, interacting with clients on a daily basis representing the face of the business. It is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced and passionate ‘people orientated’ individual who loves client interaction and delivering outstanding customer service as our practice is well known for our wonderful client care.
The successful applicant will be responsible for dealing with all day-to-day operational requirements ensuring our policies and procedures are adhered to and improved as we pivot with ongoing growth and change.
On a daily basis you will be responsible to:
· Oversee the day-to-day operations of the practice to deliver an outstanding client experience.
· Be the face of the practice and build strong relationships with our clients and team members.
· Making patient appointments, dealing with inquiries across a variety of different modalities (Chiro, Physio, Podiatry, Myotherapy, Naturopathy, Colonics etc.)
· Receiving calls and communicating efficiently with all parties concerned.
· Supporting practitioner & client requests.
· Receiving and sending health products/supplements.
· Processing payments including Eftpos, HICAPS, Medicare, DVA, TAC & Worksafe.
· Troubleshooting basic technical issues with computers, printers, and programs.
Key Criteria:
· Strong customer service experience, 2 or more years in a busy workplace.
· Mature interpersonal, organisational and time management skills
· Commitment to learning our practice policies and procedures, quickly undergoing a thorough induction process
· Your natural default is someone who has strong attention to detail, considers themselves a highly organised individual with the ability to multitask easily
· Familiar with Mac computers and a variety of software programs such as MS Word, Excel and other business/practice management software programs
· Demonstrate advanced typing skills (WPM)
· Be familiar with Social Media platforms
· Have outstanding written and verbal communication skills with a mature insightful overview
· Ability to identify the importance of quality improvement to help drive change
· Strong work ethic but an understanding of work-life balance and self-care.
