We’re Hiring: Front Office Staff – BSV Tyre Recycling
Join our dynamic team at BSV Tyre Recycling as a Front Office Staff Member! We are looking for a friendly, organized, and proactive individual to be the first point of contact for our clients and support our daily administrative operations.
Full-time or Part-time | Immediate start preferred
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist visitors, clients, and drivers in a professional manner
- Answer and direct incoming calls and emails
- Perform data entry, invoice processing, and general admin tasks
- Schedule pickups/deliveries and assist with booking coordination
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
About You:
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Confident with Microsoft Office and general computer systems
- Prior experience in admin or reception preferred but not essential
- Positive attitude and team-oriented approach
