As a Guest Services Agent you will be the first point of contact for our guests, playing a crucial role in ensuring a warm and welcoming atmosphere. You will handle check-ins and check-outs, address guest inquiries, and provide top-notch service to enhance the overall guest experience.

The main duties of this role include:

  • Deliver service excellence, from check in to check out and everywhere in between
  • Often be the first point of contact for guests and visitors
  • Be responsible for completing a wide variety of front office tasks, which will ensure that every day is different from selling the hotel’s facilities to taking reservations and maintaining guest accounts
  • Provide guests and visitors with local information from your vast array of knowledge regarding the neighbourhood attractions and amenities

The ideal candidate will be someone who goes the extra mile to provide a memorable guest experience with the ability to think on their feet and quickly resolve issues. This role requires someone who has a genuine customer service focus and who enjoys working part of a team.


To be considered for this role, you will need:

  • Experience in the same or a similar role within the Hotel Industry
  • A passion to deliver great customer service
  • Excellent personal presentation and conduct
  • Superior communication skills
  • Intermediate computer and Microsoft suite experience
  • Experience working with PMS, Opera or Fidelio (preferred)
  • Availability days, nights and weekends (flexible rosters)
  • Responsible service of Alcohol competency card (or willingness to obtain)
