As we expand, we’re looking for friendly and customer-oriented Front of House Service Staff who are passionate about creating unforgettable moments and committed to providing exceptional service.
About the Role:
- Provide Exceptional Service – Ensure guests experience the highest level of service, creating a welcoming and memorable atmosphere
- Assist with Food and Beverage Service – Serve food and beverages efficiently, ensuring guests’ needs are met promptly, while maintaining high standards of presentation to uphold the fine dining experience.
- Maintain a Clean and Organised Service Area – Keep the dining area neat, tidy, and well-stocked, adhering to hygiene and safety standards
- Support Event Operations – Assist in the smooth running of events, including setup, service, and post-event activities
- Collaborate with the Kitchen and Bar Teams – Work closely with chefs and bartenders to ensure accurate orders and timely delivery of food and drinks.
What we are looking for:
- Experience of at least 2 years in a front-of-house service role, preferably in fine dining environments
- Passion -A strong passion for providing exceptional customer service and memorable guest experiences
- Attention to Detail - Impeccable attention to detail, ensuring every aspect of service is seamless
- Communication -Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage with guests professionally and courteously
- Efficiency -Ability to work efficiently and remain calm under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Teamwork -A team player who brings a positive, can-do attitude and is committed to creating unforgettable moments for every guest
- Willingness to work flexible hours - including evenings and weekends, depending on event schedules and requirements.
