About the Roles
As an Early Childhood Educator with Playhouse Learning Center, you’ll be part of a dynamic, supportive, and child-focused team that delivers high-quality education and care to children aged 0–5 years. Our preschool program and early learning curriculum are holistic and support transitions through each stage of development.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Designing and delivering learning programs aligned with the Early Years Learning Framework
- Supporting inclusive practices and promoting children’s agency and voice
- Ensuring compliance with the National Quality Framework and relevant regulations
- Building strong, respectful relationships with children, families, and your team
- Participating in ongoing reflection, learning, and continuous improvement
What We’re Looking For
Diploma Roles – You’ll need:
- Diploma of Early Childhood Education & Care and Certificate III (Full Time)
- NSW Working with Children Check
- Current First Aid, CPR & Child Protection certification
- Australian working rights
