Office Admin Assistant wanted for our fast-paced Medical Clinic!

Our busy medical clinic is currently seeking a full time Office Assistant to help keep things running smoothly. No prior medical experience is required—we are looking for a candidate with reliability, the right attitude and a strong work ethic!
Position Details:
- Work Schedule: Mondays to Friday
- Location: Chullora and occasionally in the city office
- Start Date: ASAP
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform general administrative duties such as answering the phone, data entry, electronic filing, answering and sending emails
- Use Microsoft Office Suite—especially Excel and Word—for daily tasks
- Manage and respond to emails using Microsoft Outlook
- Answer phones and greet patients with professionalism and warmth
- Support staff and help maintain a welcoming front office environment
What We're Looking For:
- Excellent communication skills, both over the phone and in person
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
- A positive, friendly demeanour with a team-oriented attitude
- Dependability—you’ll be a vital part of our Monday and Tuesday operations
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office and Outlook (training can be provided)

This is not a Work from home position. Not suitable for students, full time hours are not flexible
