The Role:
Snooze Warrawong is seeking a dedicated and experienced Sales Assistant /Warehouse team member. This full-time role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic retail environment and is eager to contribute both on the sales floor and in the warehouse.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales:
Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored sleep solutions.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships to drive sales and repeat business.
Collaborate with the team to achieve sales targets and maintain high store standards
Warehouse:
Assist in receiving, unpacking, and storing merchandise accurately.
Ensure the warehouse is organised, clean, and adheres to safety standards.
Coordinate with the delivery team to manage stock levels and fulfil customer orders promptly.
About You:
Minimum 2 years experience in sales and/or warehouse operations
The necessary fitness to walk the floor throughout the day
The physical strength to carry heavy stock safely, from time to time
Driven individual that has a high standard of customer service
Confident and professional communication skills
The ability to use a computer
The hunger to achieve sales targets and KPI's
